Most of us understand that our lives are shaped by the way we think. Therefore, why does the majority still stagger through life with thoughts of disappointment and despair while the minority takes the bull by the horns and gets things done?

That was the question I kept asking myself this week. I wrote three different columns, but none had the holiday feel for this July 4th weekend. I chose to incorporate how important this holiday really is and use it as a platform to inspire you.

Over two hundred and thirty two years ago, fifty six astute minds where boxed in a room in Philadelphia drafting our countries future. What inspired these men to keep their thoughts focused and positive? Was it their faith, luck, or courage? All had a reason; including the potential of being hanged, but it was their own daily reminders about the country they wanted in the future.

I, myself, use that same mindset today by creating my own daily reminders or quotes to inspire me. The power of words can change your life in an instant if you let them. I challenge you to create some of your own while I share some of mine with you.

  • If You Dream You Create - If You Dwell You Destroy
  • Don’t Become What you Think About - Become What you Dream About
  • If you stop Believing you stop Achieving
  • The Path to Success is the Road that you Build
