Jerry MaldonadoThe title alone would make any Conservative salivate, but sadly the fact is true. The Democratic Party that has been lead by many historic notables has now lost control of our Country.

Blatant overspending, failed policies, and a majority run Congress have so far ruined a party that was once for the people. Now all the stones are being unturned and the President’s worst public relations nightmare has begun.

Americans are starting to react in large numbers.

Sadly, Democrat’s emphasis on our nations problems have been directed at everyone but themselves. Big business, a preceding President and even the American public have been used as talking points to rebut failed policies. Indeed many could argue the severity of this recession and problems leading up to it. My point is the people elect new leaders not to lay blame, but to lead.

The recession was the best thing to happen to this Country. It brought a sense of reality back to the people and reminded them to be more responsible about the future. Bank savings are up and conservative spending has taken hold. That is the way generations built this country, the old fashion way.

I was one of those who took risks and overspent to the point of losing everything. I had no one to blame but myself for the mental nightmare I put my family through. The first thing I did was dust myself off, roll up my sleeves, and get back to work.

Unfortunately, the people in Washington don’t understand this philosophy. All we see is never ending news conferences with a President in a perfectly pressed suit trying to explain himself. I would rather see a President with his tie loosened and sleeves rolled up. Instead I am watching him crisscross the Country wasting our tax dollars still on the campaign trail.

In my opinion, the Democratic Party is ruined. Our forefathers used the name “monocrats” in the early years. The meaning of such a derogatory word is “one leader.” In other words, like England, one King. The American public now understands what is going on and soon the house will be cleaned.

I pray this President is successful. If he fails, we fail. God Bless us all!
